Governor O’Brien and First Lady Host Halloween at Government House
ANNAPOLIS, MD (October 26, 2028) – Governor Edward M. O’Brien and Ruth O’Brien invite all children and their parents to visit Government House for the annual “No Tricks-Just Treats!” Halloween festivities on Saturday, October 28, 2028 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.“It is always great to see the creative costumes of the children,” said First Lady Ruth O’Brien. “It is a great opportunity for the children to spend time at the mansion, learn a little history, and have some fun.”
At 4:00 p.m. there will be a “Parade of Costumes” through downtown Annapolis to Government House. Mrs. O’Brien and her children will be joined by costumed characters to greet the children and their parents at the door of Government House.
The children will be invited to walk through pumpkin filled halls to the dining room where they will each receive a bag of Halloween candy.
Government House is located at 110 East Jackson Street. The festivities require no entrance fee.
